Noa Gafni is a social media strategist with experience working with large corporations and small start-ups. In 2005, Noa founded Queen Bees, an invite-only social network for women in the 18-34 demographic. Queen Bees combined online networking with real-life events in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, as well as an online magazine. The company was a portfolio venture of Astia and Noa was the youngest CEO selected to participate in their Catalyst Program. She also worked at Hearst Magazines as the Manager of Social Media, where she was responsible for user-generated content on their magazines’ websites. Noa launched communities for Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Country Living, as well as interactive components on Seventeen, The Daily Green, Cosmo Girl, Good Housekeeping, Redbook, and House Beautiful. Noa currently freelances as a social media consultant and is an MBA candidate at London Business School.
